Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, SubaruXtras.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SubaruXtras.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SubaruXtras.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In all cases, SubaruXtras.com will attempt to email you notice of such changes.
Warranty for Genuine Subaru Performance Parts (SPT)

This Subaru performance part is sold "as-is" and without warranty of any kind. All implied warranties, including all warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
Purchaser acknowledges that vehicles equipped with this part must not be operated on public highways since such operation maybe unlawful. This performance part is intended solely for use on vehicles participating in off highway competitive events. Purchaser acknowledges that all Subaru vehicle and parts and accessories warranties are voided if the vehicle is used in a competitive event. Purchaser also acknowledges that there will be no warranty coverage for any part or accessory that fails as a result of the installation of this Subaru performance part. Purchaser accepts all responsibility for all vehicle modifications and all potential risks.

This Subaru performance part has been designed and is intended for off highway application only. Installation of this part on a vehicle intended for use of public roads may violate state or federal laws and regulations including those relating to emissions requirements and motor vehicle safety standards. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative of any part or vehicle system affecting emissions or safety. Violations may result in a fine of up to $10,000 per vehicle. In addition, installation of this part may adversely affect the warranty coverage of your vehicle.

Damage or Malfunction Due to Improper Repair or Unauthorized Parts
Manufacturers warranties do not cover any part which malfunctions, fails or is damaged due to any unauthorized alteration or modification made to the car such as the removal or installation or parts, equipment or accessories or improper repairs or adjustments not approved or recommended.
Damage or Malfunction Due to Abuse, Neglect, Accident or Fire
Manufacturers warranties do not cover any part which malfunctions, fails or is damaged due to objects striking the car, road hazards, whether on or off the road, accident, fire, neglect abuse or any other cause beyond the control of Belknap Subaru.
Damage Caused by a Non-Covered, Unauthorized Part
Manufacturer's warranties do not cover damage to a covered component directly caused by the failure of a non-covered part accessory or occurrence of event.
Damage Caused Due to Use of Vehicle in Competitive Events
Manufacturer's warranties do not cover damage to any component that is the result of operating the vehicle in any competition or racing event.
General Statement of Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage provided on the vehicle is not voided by participation in competitive or racing events; however, any failure of a component(s) caused by participation in these events is not a matter for warranty.
