Shipping
We ship via FedEx and offer all shipping options from FedEx Ground to Next Day Air.  Most orders for in-stock items ship same day if placed by 2PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.  Your credit card is not charged until the item(s) are shipped. 

Returns

Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with an item. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and short description of the problem after notifying us. We will accept the return provided it is unused, is in saleable condition, and is returned within 30 days of original invoice. Return of non-defective items or items ordered in error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due. Electrical parts are not returnable. Refunds cannot be given on items that have been altered, damaged, installed, and/or painted. We encourage you to specify your year/make/model Subaru you are ordering for so we can ensure compatibilty and contact you if we think there is an error.
